it will release in other places, this isnt really a game thats popular in Japan

TBA or TBD means its coming out...duh. We just don't know when.

Capcom said, " secret hardcore title we cant discuss ". If that aint it then were getting something else in addition. Cool

the game is aimed more at western audience, it would be stupid not to release it in the west, its highly unlikely for this game not to see release date in US/EU

The 360 version sold over a million in the US alone. Sure the Japanese release was one of the better selling 360 titles (just short of 100k), but come on.

I'm sure it would get announce for teh west.

I hope this isn't the case. Dead Rising is rad and should be played by everybody!

EDIT After reading Gamespot piece and Capcom's website

It appears to me that this is case of WHEN not IF. Although I would feel better if it were TBA than TBD. Still, that's better than NA (as in Not Applicable -- which means it won't happen). 

EDIT -- Also remember this was a PR person and TBD is what Capcom uses for unknown (Spryborgs is listed as TBD on its website and that's its big game).

Since the events occur in the west, I imagine the game will come to the west.

EDIT Add -- And since Capcom likes to re-release games, I would expect it to show up worldwide.
