You can still be white, even though latinos/hispanics is considered an ethnic group. Because ethnic group =/= race.

Hispanic is not Caucasian. Have you seen an application recently? You have more choices than just Black or White, unless you are looking at an application from the turn of the century.

Hispanic is not a race. You are mixed then (a mix of white + indian = mestizo, and perhaps a tiny bit of black).
