No they won't exit the market. MS is too big of a company to go down in flames due to a net loss in one division (unlike Sega or Nintendo that are only in the gaming biz), so long as 360 surpasses the original Xbox in terms of units sold and marketshare, it won't matter how their financial performance looks at the end of this generation.

It's hard to imagine them losing money on the 360 from here on in. Especially with the installed base growing, reliability improving, and manufacturing costs for the systems falling.
