Oh crap. totally missed It Takes Two. For some reason I thought it released in 2019. That is the best couch co-op game in the past 6 years in my opinion.
Definitely worthy of a mention in my now top 5 list of games.

Baldurs gate 3
Elden ring
Silksong
Hades 2
Returnal
Dave the diver
Alan wake 2
Shin megami tensei 5
Shinobi art of vengance
Armored core 6

Aeterna noctis
and several remakes

Dead space, Re,ff7 etc

Surprised by the lack of Forgotten Lands. I though you really liked that one? (Or am I mistaking you for someone else?)

I know it didnt come out in the 2020s but i just for the first time played hungry hungry hippos with my kids and that shit was absolutely amazing

Let me see how many I can remember.

1. Elden Ring
2. Horizon Forbidden West
3. Final Fantasy VII Remake & Rebirt
4. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
5. Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter

10. God of War: Ragnarök

I'm certain I'm forgetting some games, but those are the ones that first came to mind.
