I appreciate the offer, just not sure if our timelines match as I'm in Australia and my evening game time is very strictly routine due to my autism haha.

Hope you like the game though! :)

I'm in the USA but work the graveyard shift. What times do you play games in your timezone? And what's your timezone?

I game at 5:30pm Eastern Australian Standard Time for 40-45 mins or so, which would be like 00:30 to 2:30am in the US I think?

I mostly prefer solo play but if we can match times I might join up for a match or two to try it out.

Your 530pm is my 230am. I'm Central Standard Time. I have Thursday and Friday mornings off from work for 230am time if that makes sense.

I could maybe do tomorrow? As in, in 17 hours. I should have finished work and had dinner in time, though my parents are visiting so that may delay it a little.

FWIW I’m CST and I’ll be online likely from 10:30am through 9pm today and perhaps a few other days.

Man this game isn't messing around! Even on the easy "tourist" difficulty the raids can get really intense, and if you don't go in prepared you're in for a shock.

The loop of collecting and upgrading gear is really addictive too, with a constant flow of new toys to keep things fresh.

How's everyone else going with it?

Game did not arrive today. So Monday it is before I get to play it I guess.

Tried to fight the Level 12 world boss when I was level 10.

I won, but holy moly next time I won't be so impatient! That was a hell of a fight.

The series' penchant for epic boss fights remains intact, though if you go in underlevelled like I did it will be a long arse battle as you'll only be doing chip damage.

And this is on Tourist! I can't even imagine how intense the hardest difficulty must be...

At first I wasn't that into the idea that you have to repeat raids to level up and farm gear, but once you reach some of the really fun ones like Temprah Den and unlock some of the crazier weapons and builds, it gets incredibly addictive!

Wiping out hordes of baddies in a tornado of ink and chaos is pure dopamine.

This is my first Splatoon game ever (since the multiplayer aspect didn't appeal to me) and I'm hooked! The gameplay loop is really well thought out: you do missions, gather loot, upgrade your gear, then you want to try it out so you do another mission, get more stuff and here you go again!

Signature goes here!

I have only played through one raid so far. I really bought it for the wife since she and I play Splatoon 3 together fairly regularly. She is hooked on Clam Blitz.
