With so many Switch 2 games only available as download or game key card... have you expanded your storage with an MicroSD Express card?

If yes: Which size and which brand (SanDisk, Samsung, Lexar...) did you buy? And how much did you pay for it?

If not: How much internal storage is still available for additional software?

I have a Switch 2 console, But I'm like you, I'm trying to figure out what SD Express should I buy

Nope, plenty of space for now. I primarily play first party titles on Switch so 250GB is a lot. I'm also comfortably deleting games once I've completed them

So far I only bought Nintendo exclusives, most of them on proper cartridges.
Switch 1 games without SW2 upgrade options stay on my Switch 1 OLED.

The Switch 2 upgrades (f. e. for the Zelda games, Kirby and the Forgotten Land...) occupies a considerable part of the storage and of course the bundled digital version of Mario Kart World. With a few smaller digital Switch 2 games (f.e. Fast Fusion) I still had 80 GB free internal storage.

So I could probably have postponed the inevitable for another one or two years.

Nevertheless I have bitten the bullet last week and bought a SanDisk 512 GB microSD Express for €120. With the current situation of rising prices for NAND memory, I don't expect μSD Express cards to get much cheaper in the next months/years.

Now I have the option to buy some big third party games which are only available digitally or as game key cards.

Grabbed a 1TB card just so I can relax and not worry about space.

So far only used about 150GB so got another 1.1TB or so spare between internal storage and the expansion.

I managed to make a 256GB microSD card last the entire Switch 1 generation, (and bought over 70 games) so hoping I'll be able to do the same here.

need to buy a memory card, but prices are fairly high, which sucks. so I haven't yet.

That's me right there. Had to uninstall a bunch of stuff recently to download FF. Street Fighter was the choice (pesky GKC), plus a few of the switch 1 games.

What brand did you get? I tend to like having a lot of games downloaded but I haven't been able to find any 1tb sandisk express cards.

This for me too

I have a 256GB microSD Express, but it’s already full. I typically buy all Nintendo-published games physically, and won’t be investing in any GKCs, but I just have so many digital games built up over the Switch and Switch 2 generations. Eventually I’ll have to upgrade my storage, but I’m dragging my feet :P
