i didnt get all its achievements until now .... some achievements is really hard.

With Halo I could not get all the achievements even if I wanted to because of the online MP, and I dont have gold

Grab some good partners and play it on Legendary. You will get 655 G just for completing the campaign

I'm down if you guys need extra help. I wouldn't mind going through the campaign again.

In theory, I can play local co-op with my brother, but he does not really care for fps's. I am having much more fun blasting through on normal, which seems less than half as hard as heroic. I still think that it is a distinctly average game, it is no where near call of Duty 4 or GeoW

I checked the status and my xbox (probably a replacement) has be sent out today.

On that note I'm starting to doubt I run in the SC4 race. For one thing we dont' get paid for 8 more days, for another thing I have 46 grand in college debt coming down and as much as I love the series, it's hard to justify buying it when I have no one to play with.

Unless I hear that it plays online mostly lag free on a modest connection it wouldn't be worth it for me.

Plus they said Yoda is broken and throws the whole game off, so I just assume people will be hogging yoda over and over in every single ranked match.

I think personally that Yoda is the shittiest character in SC4. He is way to weak for me with his standard equipment and he has not good attacks. I also bet with you, that more people play as The Apprentice. He is the the strongest character by far.

BTW: There are two multiplayer versions. One with and one without character customization, so you need not to fear Yoda ;)

I was worried about the whole no grabbing thing, they said even yoda can't grab yoda.

Big question is still how is the lag?

From my last look, 3 members already got 160 (10/12) so this all but confirms:

1. The Achievements are much easier than GeoWars 1. The 2 hardest Achievements are Game Over and Smile. 5 ppl in the world have already reached 200/200 on the launch day.

2. I will have to shorten the Race length to at least 2 weeks.

Do you guys think 1 week is a bit much and unfair to others who may not have the chance yet to get it?

For the upcoming XBLA games, it looks like the longest that the Race period will ever be is 2 weeks, and this makes sense since its 200 G.



As for SC4, I think about 5-6 members have already started. A competitive Race, this SC4 will be. :)

In regards to your advice thanks. Actually Post #3 is where I update the Race leaderboards, because I thought putting it in Post #1 would make it too long. Do you think its nicer in Post #1 but maybe just the top 6 for each Race?

Your Halo 3 co-op idea is great and I will definitely look you up when I get Gold membership soon.

How does Smile go? I had no idea what they were asking me to do.

Treaty I managed. The only tip I can give is to have the blue triangles trail you as you sail through a circle as it'll momentarily slow the pack down. The rest is your natural ability to dodge and weave, and a shit load of luck. I barely squeezed through two packs closing in to get my 30th circle.

I didn't get Wax Off yet either, but I managed at best 82% so far. Just play the Pacifism stage as normal once it gets crowded, but scroll the wall every once in a while to knock some off slowly.

BTW, you're pretty nasty at the game. I'm sure you noticed by my scores I'm basically a newcomer at the series. Still learning the ins and outs.
