Expedition 33, but boy do I love me some Rayman Legends
Either Rayman Legends or Red Steel 2, both great games that played smooth as butter and brimmed with style and creativity.
I'm very tempted to say Beyond Good & Evil, but I end up leaning to XIII (the original, PC version).
Honorary mentions: Chicago 90 and Ween: The Prophecy
Others I've played: Gobliiins trilogy, Shadow of the Comet, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Moto Racer, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter
Waiting in backlog: Splinter Cell, TrackMania Sunrise, Monaco Grand Prix: Racing Simulation 2, Counter Terrorist Special Forces: Fire for Effect
Raymans Legends and The Great Escape are two of my fav French developed games ever. A lot of others aren't in the typical genres I enjoy so it's normal that I don't have that much affection towards French developed games.

Syberia 1/2 were great, 3 was a bit of a step back but we really enjoyed Syberia The World Before. Excellent story wise and beautifully made. Sadly Benoît Sokal didn't live to see the end of the game (rip 2021) and there will be no more follow ups. The World Before ends the series on a high note.
From Dust and Trackmania are brilliant, as well as Beyond Good and Evil and Rayman Origins/Legends. Quantic Dreams has me hooked from Fahrenheit, improving every title since.
Another World and Flashback were and still are amazing. Oozes charm and personality. Infogrames made many jewels as well, Alone in the Dark still has vivid memories in my mind. Another game that has a permanent spot in my memories is Little Big Adventure. I won't play the remaster though, looks too different from my memories.
Our favorite (played these together with my wife) is Syberia 1 or 4. The first one for nostalgia and Oscar, the last one because it's such a beautiful well made ending to the series.
I'll be picking up Syberia Remastered when it comes out on PS5 to play together on the couch.
It should be out before the end of this year (already out on Steam)
I enjoyed Another World and Flashback during the 16-bit era but back in the 2000s what really surprised me was Trackmania. It has evolved into a nice series for which I also enjoyed Nations, but my favourite is still the OG.

From the poll I gave my vote to Rayman Legends, but have enjoyed other titles such as the Just Dance series.
