...anyway, Sonic Raving cross worlds in the video below looks more fun than Mario Kart World, I'm not even into Sonic and never have been but ehat I'm seeing on screen here looks faster, tighter and more filled out than World. Customization also looks great as seen in the second video below and the graphics and image quality is way better, no ailising at all and st this speed too doing the SSD stuff like in R&C rift apart. It's not Mario but neither is CTR and that's better. Would you agree about Cross Worlds?

Put this gameplay next to Mario Kart World and you'll see exactly the point I'm making. It's old school but some things should always be old school!!!

It's a more interesting gimmick and the one I proposed back in January for MKW. I'm sure World will be a great game but it felt like Nintendo just broke glass in case of no real new idea so break glass for open world. Open World MK sounds like it would get boring for me pretty fast. The the Sonic game will be MTX with more characters and not into that at all. So the best Kart racer to me is still Transformed. Also CTR sucked. As does every Crash game. Crash is Trash.

Whoah. Whoah. I can see why someone would think Crash sucks but CTR... what, that's like objectively a great game. It has easy pick up and play with so much indepth mechanics and nuance that the skill selling is extremely high. It's so much fun, even to this day. The challenge, mechanics and gun factor plus so much post credits content even before multiplayer is wild. Plus it had a sort of open world 25 years ago. It's a 26 year old game and it took the competition 15 years to catch up and still they couldn't top it. It still feels like a modern game when it gets just a new coat of paint. 

But I guess we both agree Cross Worlds looks better. I doubt a Switch 2 could replicate the portal mechanic...or perhaps I'm missing something and it's possible to stream data that quick 🤔 EDIT: I'm wrong, cross world is gonna be on Switch also, the cross worlds mechanic are just extentions of the track and not actually a separate instance to load.

CTR sucked. Mediocre like everything from Naughty Dog. Anytime I play their games, I am underwhelmed with mediocre gameplay.

Crossworlds looks like a lot of fun, but so far I'd say Mario Kart World looks better, both in terms of being more polished, and in striking a better balance of chaotic party fun vs skill-based play.

I'll be buying both.

It looks good but I'm not going to compare it to mario kart.

CTR is god tier.
