Mario Kart World closely followed by Metroid Prime 4 for now. I'm most excited for whatever Monolith Soft will eventually reveal.

I'm more excited than I should be to play Civilization 7 with the Joy-Con 2 as a mouse. I could play it on PC with a mouse that is far superior. But it's still something different. xD

Official member of VGC's Nintendo family, approved by the one and only RolStoppable. I feel honored.

Donkey Kong Bananza for sure.

Its Super Mario Odyssey but with Donkey Kong.

Secondary would be Mario Kart World.

Make the ultimate god move. Play Civilization 7 with the Joy-Con 2 as a mouse ON PC!

I’m glad I wasn’t the only person watching with this idea 😅 I still haven’t bought 7 so this could be fun.

Mario Kart World is my #1; I bought Mario Kart 8 on Wii U in May 2014 so it's been a loooong 11 year wait for a new entry, and so far it looks like a great game.

Also keen to pick up FAST Fusion, DK Bananza, Kirby Air Riders, Cyberpunk 2077, and Kunitsu-gami.

Metroid.

But I also am dying for a proper sequel that stands up to StarFox 64...

Kirby Air Riders

The original was a fun game that had some really great ideas but some really major flaws. Always wanted to see what could have been accomplished in a sequel and just figured that would never happen.

It's interesting that they made a big deal out of this announcement, because really it feels like only older millenial Nintendo fans would be all that excited. Guess that's a market they're going for. As a millenial Nintendo fan, that's fine by me.

I got a Wii U in June 2014. The deal Nintendo was doing with digital games to bundle with Mario Kart 8 helped push me to get one (as well as Smash coming at the end of the year).

Mario Kart World looks like it could be the best to date, and it is my most anticipated Switch 2 game with DK in second place.
