lol. You are the very first person that I see saying that the price of MKW is fine but not the bundle with the game on it

This is not what I mean.  What I mean is that MKW is not enough to get me to buy a Switch2 this year.  I'll likely buy one in a few years once the system gets enough games that I like.

You have to be careful as the console price could increase as time goes on. We have examples from the current consoles, and that's not taking into account the possible tariffs.

Good to see that Free Mode is combined with a mission mode that we've only seen in Mario Kart DS so far; plus collectibles and other stuff to make the world worth exploring.

The biggest question didn't get answered: How many tracks are there in the game? It looks like there are 32 tracks on the surface and once you win all GPs, you go up to space for Rainbow Road. But is that only a small additional layer with a new and a few classic RR tracks, or is it meatier than that?

Either way, no reason for concerns about this game. It looks amazing.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV will outsell Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I was wrong.

Did the Switch 1's success make Nintendo stupid?

Probably just a marketing trick to make it seem like theres more characters.

Well news flash, it's just lazy.

And they didn't even talk about the big rigs. What else are they for?

Thats the catch! You have to wait for more information to drop or when it releases to know

Seems like they just act a bit like the Bullet Bill power up.

The rainbow road track is added to the map we can already see, it's been leaked before, and it's part of the 32 tracks. It's not on a separate map.

Including Rainbow Road there are 30 locations on the map, 2 of the locations have 2 tracks (crown city and peach stadium) to make a total of 32 tracks for the 8 cups.

Nintendo's Korean website revealed rainbow road on the map before it was hastily removed.

Well why didn't they tell us today?

True. And the new characters are underwhelming, further contradicting the price hike. We don't get Dixie Kong or King K Rool but we get Conkador and a cow?

Yeah that's something else that's underwhelming for me. Sure it's funny random ass characters, but at the very least include all characters from previous games as a starting point.

From what I can see, not even other crossover characters like Link or Isabelle are in World.

Here's to hoping they either just haven't shown them off yet or will be part of free DLC.

I have the opposite reaction, I quite like that they doubled down on the Mario universe for Mario Kart World and did not turn it into a Nintendo Kart, for that we already have Super Smash Bros.

I see. Disappointing, but at least we can play as Cow.

Donkey Kong has always been a part of Mario Kart, so I would also love to see more characters from that universe. Im just not very excited about generic crab and bat.
