If it had physical games and actual exclusives yes but given it will be just another PC handheld with an Xbox logo. What's the point? What makes it so special over a Deck or Ally?

If it can play Xbox console games natively, including BC titles, this would be something current PC handhelds don't offer.

Nope. But still a cool idea for Xbox. Best of luck to them.

It's not going to have physical games, and I need to spend the money on Switch 2 instead.
I'd be much more interested in a PlayStation handheld as I prefer PlayStation titles, have more games, etc.

Lifetime Sales Predictions

Switch: 161 million (was 73 million, then 96 million, then 113 million, then 125 million, then 144 million, then 151 million, then 156 million)

PS5: 115 million (was 105 million) Xbox Series S/X: 40 million (was 60 million, then 67 million, then 57 million. then 48 million)

PS4: 120 mil (was 100 then 130 million, then 122 million) Xbox One: 51 mil (was 50 then 55 mil)

3DS: 75.5 mil (was 73, then 77 million)

I didn't like that Nintendo abandoned the home console market. So how in the world would I ever approve of Xbox doing it?

i wouldn’t purchase anything unless i knew the details. If cloud gaming? No. If not cloud, and runs all the major current gen games flawlessly? Depends on the price, and if it could dock to the TV. Etc.

Yes, but it all comes down to what it is capable of doing.

With rumors of a portable Xbox swirling online, would you personally buy such a device, and why/why not?

Which one?  The 2025 not quite an Xbox or the 2027 Xbox handheld?

...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.

Probably not. My XBox is mainly for third party games, Might be nice to have some of those on the go, but not enough for me to spend 400+ bucks.

In a way, already have: just bought a gaming laptop.

Would you buy either? Neither? One but not the other?
