Happy about this, need to start on the series.
I'll try to play later today. I played the game on my Ps Vita and I dropped because I almost broked my Vita... honestly, I rage quit.
PS: Here's my Vita version

Lol and Sigma is easier than the original.

Try not to brake your controller or monitor
The Sigma games were trash tbh though. They changed so much in those re-releases. In particular the first game. If you want to play the proper games, it would've been on the original Xbox and the 360. Thankfully, it looks like this "Black" version will be more in-line with the original 360 version of the game, with some playable characters from Sigma.
You called down the thunder, now reap the whirlwind
With these two and the upcoming 2D one it's nice to see this series come back in such a big way with three releases in a single year after being dormant for a decade. Hopefully they perform well enough so it's not another decade before the next title.
I'd be more excited if I didn't have too high blood pressure to play these games.

The NES versions are my thing. But they aren't Contra-hard. Contra, at least at a high difficult setting... now those are man-games.
