Oops I think I double posted, sorry.

drbunnig = Dr Bunnig. It's a nickname I had for a pet rabbit I once had that I've used as a username for a little while now.

The avatar is an amusing pic I found that looks a lot like the rabbit did.

PAOerfulone - A play on the word 'powerful' only the first three letters are my initials. I am the only one in my home and family with those initials and I was a pretty strong kid, hence, the name - PAOerfulone!

My username is a combo of the Tagalog (Filipino) words for little brother and big brother, since I'm both.

Philippines is my favourite country cause it's the only country in the world that's a mix between my favourite cultures; Asian & Latino...

I feel a little silly cause I didn't understand your username until now.

Bra comes from my nickname, and no, it doesn't mean what it means in english, as I'm brazilian.

It comes from cabra, which means goat, but it was a mistake as my friends were too young (had this nickname since I was 5) and they were supposed to be calling me ovelha, which means sheep, as I was far too white skinned and had fluffly curly light brown/yellow hair.

The mistake turned out funny for them, so it stuck, but they were too lazy and just started using bra instead of cabra.

Usually when I'm online like this I just said it comes from Brazil tho, as it is a very happy coincidence, it's easily belieavable and pretty quick to explain.

LoD comes from well, the best game ever made: The Legend of Dragoon. Should technically be TLoD but LoD is the usual way everyone that knows it uses to talk about it.

My mother tongue is german. "siebensus4" is actually a chord like major/minor. I'm a musician/composer. In english you would say "sevensus4", or written as a chord for example C7sus4. The "C" would then stand for the keynote.

Here you can watch the keys and listen: https://www.musicca.com/dictionary/chords/c-dominant-seventh-suspended-fourth

I was a big fan of Greek History (and others). I played a ton of PC games like Rome Total War, Age of Mythology, Medieval Total War, and Age of Empires 2. And I read a fun little book series called The Farsala Trilogy.

The username didn't materialize until I needed to name my Warlock in World of Warcraft. I had been using my real name before that for most of my characters, this was the first name that felt fantasy to me. I also named my hunter Achaia after the region in Greece, but that one didn't stick with me.

Farsala in Greek= AKA Pharsalos, just a random city in Greece that happened to exist in ancient times. In Greek Mythology, it is the birthplace of Achilles.

Just in tabs reading tabloids.

Mine is pretty obvious for a Super Metroid fan, but to those who don’t know I’ll give some context:

In Super Metroid you find yourself stuck in a very tall shaft that at first seems like a soft lock and if you used the save room before you get to this shaft it actually is a hard lock, meaning you’re stuck down here forever and all your progress is lost and you’d have to start a new game file.

But in this tall shaft you are not alone: there are three somewhat annoying imps who basically laugh at your plight, and then jump, jump, jump their happy way out of the shaft. It really seems like they are mocking your inability to do what they do.

But they aren’t. They are actually very cheekily showing you how to wall jump. You have to study their movements and once you figure it out even just a few well timed wall jumps will release you from this prison.

I wish more games trusted the gamer to “figure it out” more. So many games go for complete accessibility and basically hold your hand throughout. Even Metroid Prime has the “Hint System” on as a default.

So my screen name is an homage to the idea of figuring things out on your own, the confusion and fear when you think you’ll never figure something out, and the joy you feel after it “clicks” and you finally get it.

Oh, and the technique these little imps teach you leads you to discover so many shortcuts in the game that you inadvertently become a speed runner without even knowing you are.
