Nioh 3, then Re requiem when it comes out!

Re Requiem will be the first Resident Evil i will play day one. Resident Evil 7 & 8 were the best of the series imo.

Baldurs Gate 3 is great but it's so baked with choice and freedom that it feels lesser than the Divinity series. It feels more like Path Finder: Wrath of The righteous but with AAA budget. Tbh, there's something to be said about leaving a game designed as a table top simulator to the imagination. I feel the game would benifet from a tighter design as with Divinity and not being bound by D&D lore so they could get whimsical with the quests. The thing about Divinity OS is it's so light hearted with goof ball stuff and silly little jokes planted all around, in almost everything and that it takes the edge off the overwhelming size of these games, it adds so much fun and like I said, that tighter feel and gameification but the game is pretty much what I expected and want, something between DOS and Wrath Of the Righteous. Also, mods on console are great but they disable trophies, wtf like, why do cosmetic mods do that. I gotta choose and I think I'll stick with the trophies even though it would be fun to fiddle with some of the listed mods.

Okay. I take back that comment about BG3 having too much freedom of choice. It's clicked now, I spent the last half hour mulling over strategies to progress the game, I know exactly what they are going for here, it's about the long game and not short term games in the same way Bethesda RPG's work to hive a feeling of scope. I wanna get back out the bed and play it. I bet the choices I'm making now end up coming back around much deeper into the game. I'm very intrigued.

I loved Baldur’s Gate 3 but it never left a lasting impression on me as strong as Divinity Original Sin 2 did and honestly if I had to choose the better game it would be DoS2 every single time.

Well, I did decide to take a break from Nioh 3 to play Reanimal and man .. Tarsier really understand atmospheric horror, being able to portray such a depression and oppressive atmosphere with such a sense of scale. They really do it better than anyone in the industry imo.

Having a fun time with Sonic Racing Crossworlds. The driving is a lot more fun than MKW, definitely enjoying it more for singleplayer. It's fun just to drive around the tracks chaining drifts, hitting boosters etc.

Mario Kart World is probably still better for local multiplayer because it's more approachable, stronger item catch-up etc.

Have you ever played Crash Team Racing?
