Does Death count?

Death in Dragon's Dogma is awesome. He's huge. He's almost impossible to kill and you never know when he will appear.

Death is.....iffy in terms of classification. Some more ghosts anyway.

The Spider Witch from Ghostbusters: The Video Game:

Her ghost form reflects how utterly monstrous she is even after death.

The Spirit from Dead by Daylight:

Doesn't look like someone you'd want to meet in the dark.

Jimmy Stone from Silent Hill 4:

A gruesome fate for a gruesome man, and boy does it show.
