My Series X has not had an idle month since launch. I would have to say my favorite thing so far is having my games always ready to go with the quick resume feature. I was first introduced to it on the Switch and loved it there as well. My backlog for One/Series games is quite massive, so I have no want or need for new games at the moment, but it doesn't stop me from buying basically every new RPG/JRPG that comes out.
With the rumor of FF pixel collection coming to Xbox and FFXVI (not as interested in this one due to gameplay mechanics, but will still purchase for collection completion) the Playstation offerings are becoming less relevant. I'm still going to miss out on Stellar Blade and the Final Fantasy VII remakes, but that is of no fault of Xbox.
These are in my Amazon saved for later cart awaiting my purchase.
Really looking forward to Avowed, Fable, and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
For non RPG's yet to be released(which is rare for me to purchase), the next Forza Horizon, possibly GTA6 (I have never played one before), the new Gears, hopefully a Gears collection in development, and the next CoD that won't be held back by last generation consoles.
I'm sure I missed quite a few titles that I've seen in presentations that don't have a release date yet.
Here is my current sweetie that I'm in the process of courting. As you can tell by my gameplay hours versus achievements, I am wooing her slowly and methodically. I'm estimating a 300 plus hour on this honey before bedding her.
Each Xbox I've owned have created their own special memories and shared experiences with my siblings and son, but I do usually favor current generations.
I feel like Xbox could do a better job in marketing and creating excitement for the brand, but there seems to be little to no effort being exercised. A lack of clear messaging has also left me feeling confused at times.
Overall, I would say I'm happy and should have plenty to carry me over to the next generation.
