As with the other thread, not a serious topic, just a bit of silly fun.

I'll start; as a science fiction fan who grew up in the 90s and early 2000s, Chiana from Farscape and Seven from Voyager lived rent free in my head

Someone's down bad. 

It's hard to beat these two off the the top of my head.

Growing up in the early 90s, gotta be Kelly Kapowski for me. 

And How I Met Your Mother (above/left) where she was labeled as "crazy eyes", the one on the right/below is Stargate again - this time when she had a goa'uld symbiote. I miss SG-1, that show was cancelled far too soon....
