Im only gonna rate them based on how much I enjoyed the game, not so much how proud i am of the plat cause I really dont feel its matter of pride.

In no particular order, the following games ive platinumed:

  • Elden Ring 10/10, loved it. Currently replaying it for the 5th time prior to the DLC release.
  • FF7 Rebith  8/10
  • GOW Ragnarok 9/10
  • FFVI Pixel remaster 10/10
  • Horizon Forbidden West 7/10
  • Mass Effect 2 Legendary Edition 6/10
  • Persona 5 Royale 7/10
  • Eiyuden Chronicles Rising 6/10
  • Odin Sphere Leifthrasir 8/10
  • Skyrim Remastered 8/10
  • Tales of Arise 7/10
  • Horizon Zero Dawn 9/10
  • Ys IX Mostrum Nox 7/10
  • Trials of Mana 7/10
  • Nier Automata 10/10
  • Ghost of Tsushima 7/10
  • Ratchet and Clank (2016) 7/10
  • FF7 9/10
  • Journey 6/10
  • FF12 Zodiac Age 10/10
  • Bloodstained Ritual of the Night 7/10
  • YS VIII Lacrimosa of Dana 9/10
  • Shantae half genie hero 6/10
  • Shovel Knight 9/10
  • Bloodborne 10/10
  • Ni No Kuni WOFWW 8/10
  • FF XV 7/10
  • No Man Sky 6/10

I guess none of them have particularly abysmal ratings cause I enjoyed all of these games, otherwise I wouldnt wanna plat them.

Games I loved and I wanted to plat but gave up as soon as I found up how very annoying it would be: Monster Hunter World, Hollow Knight, DQ XI, Castlevania LOS, Tales of Berseria and Vesperia, among many others...

I only have one platinum trophy, there are many other like it, but this is mine.

Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered (PS5)

I like trophies but I never go out of my way to get them. Hence only one true platinum after all these years.

I currently only have 7 Platinum's. I primarily play on PC, so I only get PS exclusive games. Well, if they're not on PC already lol. Some of these I got before their PC announcement. I rated these on how fun they were to get rather than difficulty.

  • FF16 | 5/10
  • Ghost of Tsushima | 6/10
  • Spider-Man 2 | 8/10
  • Spider-Man: Miles Morales | 8/10
  • Spider-Man Remastered | 7/10
  • Astro's Playroom | 10/10
  • Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart | 9/10

I don't care about trophies (anymore) but see I still have accumulated 26 platinum trophies out of 448 games played (according to PSN profiles)

Death Stranding, 10/10 game, enjoyed for over 250 hours in one off-line and another on-line play through

Beat Saber, 9/10, great fun on PSVR1, but didn't work as well on PSVR2 (Move controllers fit better)

Astro Bot Rescue Mission, 10/10, still one for the best VR games all around

Gran Turismo Sport, 9/10, Over 15,000 online races and about 4,000 hours played, it was quite a ride!

Infini factory, 9/10, great puzzle game with near perfect progression. Never gets boring, fully satisfied after the last challenge.

Dino Frontier, 7/10, Cute, works in VR, but short and leaves you wanted more

Start Trek: Bridge Crew, 7/10, Nice social game in VR, annoying when people leave and pretty much dead now.

DriveClub VR, 7/10, Awesome game in VR but so many cutbacks, no rain, no day night cycle, max 6 cars, still addictive.

DriveClub, 10/10, The last great arcade track racer, you are missed. Still champion of the best looking weather effects.

Rez Infinite, 9/10, Like it was originally made for VR. It does show its age nowadays (2001 first released)

Grim Fandango, 10/10, One of the best point and click adventures ever, great behind the scenes documentary added on PS4.

Transistor, 9/10, Style, challenge, substance, fun, great soundtrack.

Infamous: Second Son, 8/10, A bit short but man was it fun to run straight up buildings :)

Far Cry 3, 8/10, Over the top nonsense villain, loved it. Still my favorite Far Cry game.

Sly 2: Band of Thieves, 8/10, Great remaster, had no idea I got a platinum trophy for this.

Heavy Rain, 8/10, Loved the atmosphere and such a beautiful game for the time.

No Man's Sky, 8/10, The game that keeps on giving, no 100% completion but got a plat for the release version

Marvel's Spiderman, 8/10, Gets a bit repetitive yet swinging though Manhattan never got old

RE7: Biohazard, 9/10, All played and earned in VR. The game that inspired me to go for the hardest difficulty level again.

Minecraft, 8/10, Getting platinum for this is kinda inconsequential to the real fun of the game. Sadly MS broke my fun with Bedrock transition.

Gran Turismo 6, 8/10, GT5 was better but much harder to get the platinum trophy for :p (Didn't get it for GT5)

Dragon Age: Origins, 9/10, Still has the best party chat/banter between missions. 4 play throughs, different paths, different parties to experience it all.

Burnout Paradise, 9/10, I 100% the game on Steam as well!

Need for Speed: Shift, 7/10, Great looking game hampered by insufferable input lag. Shift 2 was even worse, unplayable.

Prince of Persia (2008), 9/10, Underrated game, so beautiful, such well laid out parkour. Such a joy to navigate, yet panned for its no fail mode.

Some how I got platinum for No Man's Sky twice, PS4 and PS5 counting separately. The game that keeps on giving ;)

When you get to 75% or so, why not chase the plat if you're that close. Really helps get the most out of the game. Bang for the book, like.

You have the GT sport platinum, that's seriously impressive and glad to see your Death Strandin grating, that platinum is my favourite, if not for the platinum that game wouldn't have been the masterpiece that it was. I really pulled the most out of and enhanced the game.

Are you working on GT7's platinum? Also, may I suggest Blood & Truth for a VR platinum, it's soooo good.

The hard part for GT Sport were the online trophies. Yet since I got so addicted to the online races (over 15,000 run) those came easily. I ended up with 1310 victories total out of the required 91 lol. The license tests in GT Sport were not that difficult like GT6.

I fell out of love with online racing in GT7, or rather towards the end of GT Sport already. PD messed up the penalty system so bad encouraging dirty play rather than clean driving. It wasn't fun anymore so I quit. No interest in bumper car racing.

When I play GT7 nowadays it's on PSVR2, racing classic cars offline around the Nurburgring.

I have no desire to grind the rest of the gold medals for platinum. I did complete everything in the game but some gold medals aren't fun to go after. Nor are some of the trophies.

I finished Blood & Truth on PSVR. I enjoyed it but not enough for secondary play throughs. Too many other great things to play! Although I would love ton play it again remastered for PSVR2 with the sense controllers.

Quite frankly I have other games to play and other things to do with my life than chase down digital trophies. Again, I really like that they exist. I rarely play a game once I finish the main campaign/story, unless its a multiplayer game or sandbox or something.

I don't have that many, because I just can't be bothered to get the dumbest trophies, especially in games I didn't enjoy that much. Anyway, the list:

  • Assassin's Creed: Mirage: It was OK. Some of the trophies were somewhat painful to get, but since I got pretty close to platinum with fairly little effort, going all the way wasn't too much extra work.
  • Assassin's Creed: Origins: I don't think it was too bad, especially considering I loved the game? I don't really remember anymore since it's been a while.
  • Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped: I loved the game, and the platinum was a fun challenge, aside from some painful levels. Overall, it wasn't too bad though.
  • Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires: This was easy nonsense, but it was my first platinum. I wish I'd got a worthier platinum as my first one.
  • Final Fantasy XIII: Easy for the most part, then pure grind for the last ones, I think. Stupid nonsense for the last trophies, but it was only my second platinum, so I was ready for a bit more effort. Also, I loved the game, despite its obvious flaws.
  • Ghost of Tsushima: I loved the game, and I actually had fun getting the platinum as well. I don't think there was any nonsense involved in getting the trophies.
  • Horizon: Zero Dawn: After I was done with the game, I was fairly close to getting the platinum anyway. Still took a while to get it, but wasn't too bad. I don't generally like meaningless collectibles, which was required for the platinum though. Not a fan of getting the best rank for all the hunting trials either, but at least they were pretty easy for the most part.
