And yes, flash carts and system hacks were also used mainly for piracy. 

So Yuzu devs getting their emu shut down since they where sharing games between themselfs (Piracy) to help develop the emu = everyone was using it for piracy?...

What he means is that whenever he used an emulator, he was pirating the games. So, since that’s how he acted, he assumes this is how everybody else acts.

Just will be interesting how Nintendo responds to that emulator that was released on Apple devices the other day.
