17 - Resident Evil 4
- Blue is out, yellow is in, green and red remain.
- Green, red and blue are the available colours of a certain treasure in the game (ordered in value, from low to high), which you will mainly find by defeating insect-like enemies.
- At one point, these insect-like enemies re-kidnap the person you are trying to rescue, who is the child of a very powerful person.
16 - Yoshi's Woolly World (incorrect guesses - Sonic the Hedgehog)
- When our hero starts running at full speed, his legs turn to wheels
- This game was ported from a home console to a handheld system, with the title of the port adding the name of another character in the game.
- This character has the same name as an unpopular addition to a fictional cartoon series that is featured in a long-running animated TV show.
15
- The colour of a character that joins your party is determined by how much time elapses between two in-game events.
- You also get to name this character yourself, who joins your party during the glitz and glamour of the third chapter.
14
- The shape of the item / power up that gives you flight in this game is more commonly associated with completing an objective or invincibility.

Because of TruckOSaurus's added 'hint'; Yoshi's Woolly World
These two remain, time for another hint;
13: Spend your Magic Potion strategically.
Hint 2: Though each of your regions needs at least one, it's a better idea to distribute it all along your border. Guessed by Darashiva - Astérix (Asterix: The Gallic Wars)
11: The big nuisance in each level of this game is also a shooting mini-game.
Hint 2: In the regular levels, the holes that spawn the individual nuisances can be 'deleted' by placing something in front of it and removing it again. It's probably a glitch.

13: Asterix. I think it went by a few different names, but the strategy game on PS1.

Resident Evil 4 is correct (first clue refers to herbs, second to Novistador eyes).
And the Poochie part was absolutely correct (given your username, I guess I shouldn't be surprised you got a Simpsons reference), which led to @s.Peelman swooping in and guessing correctly with Yoshi's Woolly World (which was ported from the Wii U to the 3DS as Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World).

Correct!
As far as I know, it went by two different names. Just 'Asterix', which has a variant 'Astérix' depending on language if you want to count that, and 'Asterix: The Gallic Wars'.
