9/10. Was one of the best if not the best Xbox shows ever made.

Pros:
11 first-party games... Including 2 new IPs
14 amazing third parties (I believe 10 world premieres et 9 are day 1 on GamePass).
Starfield :) Game is HUGE (and def. 60 FPS ;))
Series S 1TB (right in time for Starfield)
Controller/Headset/Watches for Starfield, I need that
Lot of RPGs, by far my favorite genre.

Cons:
I was hoping to see more about Fable.
While Starfield is my most anticipated game, it could have been nice to get more "Xbox" stuff and a bit less Starfield (maybe 30m)

Starfield is like 5 separate games, this is the most ambitious project I have seen in a long time. Not for me personally, I like my linear games thank you lol, But for those who enjoy this level of exploration and customisation, they're in for a treat.

Compulsion and inxile games looked the most interesting to me. I hope Metaphor is on the Switch, the best console for playing jRPGs. There is no reason it shouldn't be, it didn't look graphically demanding.

I said this was basically Xbox's last chance this generation and they succeeded. This was a pretty strong showing and it looks like starting with Starfield things could finally turn around for Xbox in terms of their software pipeline. After how the past 1.5 years have gone this will bring much needed good PR to Xbox.

I think this might be my favorite xbox showcase? It's definitely top 3

- Starfield deep dive was absolutely stunning
- Clockwork looks awesome and was the surprise of the show (was expecting fable)
- Metaphor looked great
- Path of the Goddess (probably my 2nd surprise of the show, it looked so good)
- As someone who put int 2k hours in SoT, it was nice to finally see some story content
- Hellblade 2 and Avowed

Fable and south of Midnight is kinda hard to judge but happy to see more

8.9/10

Was honestly surprised the Halo battle Royale isn't ready to be revealed yet (hopefully a good sign it'll be polished when it does)

Also Gears collection was oddly missing

They had a good show, but it's also what they've been doing since a few years now. They rarely had bad ones to begin with. Their new IP's showcase was amongst the best thing of this show, like the Metaphors Re Fantazio trailer or Avowed.

But seriouslyz massive letdown for the showcase of titles such as Hellblade II or Fable. Honestly, for the time they had and the progress shown so far while they were announced more than 3 years ago. They either are really confident in what the end product will be even though they have nothing much to show for it or we're seeing another case of development brewing.

Although, they have specified this isn't just for the next 12 months so the spectrum they are aiming is obviously large.

Anywoo, Starfield could end up being a nice space RPG-shooter. But it's Bethesda we're speaking here. The only thing concrete to speak of will be on launch.

8/10 from me, even though, I don't play wRPGs but there was more than that here for everyone.

It would've been a 10 but I am knocking off at least 2 points for the stupid crap they pull with not being open about what other platforms games like Metaphor will be available on, it's clearly going to be on the PS5, that's a given, but what about the Switch? Taking that extra mile to prevent this information from being public for 24-48 hours after the show is pathetic and mis-informative?

You had a good a show, your studios are coming together now, why do you need to do this is beyond me.

The best thing about this showcase is easily Starfield. The first showcase of the game kinda left me a bit underwhelmed but this showcase pretty much restored my faith in Besthesda. Hands down most anticipated game for me now.

Starfield alone is going to take up the remainder of my 2023 when it releases lol

You called down the thunder, now reap the whirlwind

I would rate it an 8.5/10. Pacing was great and hardly any slow moments. This was certainly their best showcase since 2018. If we saw combat for Hellblade 2 and in-game for South of Midnight, it's a 9/10 showing. I saw it at one of the movie theater showings and people seemed to be high on it.
