What plates does the Pro have? Can't say I've ever seen any for it.

Nothing official from Sony themselves (tho I believe 2/4 of the side plates they sell for the standard system fit) but plenty of third party ones out there. The box plates were made by the YouTuber Devyn Johnston which can be found here… they are as you would expect from a niche product expensive (more so if you’re importing) lol

Ah nice they do look quite cool especially in the horizontal position as the PS5 looks so out of place on it's side in a TV cabinet.

Seems like now there are Best Buy emails going on that GTA 6 preorders may start next week.
Well, it sure seems like GTA has been actively getting in the rumor wheel this month.
Let's see how it goes.

I hope it's not May 18th because that's the day that Brazil will announce the full team for the World Cup and I don't think the news being divided will pan well around here even for GTA, lol. It wouldn't matter globably but it would be a shame here.

ShopTo selling £70 PSN credit for £59. Just got myself Saros 😁

Ride The Chariot | ‘26 Completed

PS plus prices increasing for 1 and 3 month plans (no word for the yearly plan yet).

Sony can't stop fucking gamers.

Glad they didn't show anything about GTA today.
It's 100% about the Brazil team list today as expected, it's incredible how football is powerful around here.

1 and 3 month plans have never made financial sense for PS+ for years now.

Increasing these prices and only for the Essential sub is nothing news right now imho.

This is what people look like when they say shit like this. It's not just sony fucking people over, it's EVERYONE. it's not just Nintendo, it's EVERYONE. IT's not just Microsoft, it's EVERYONE! The whole goddamn global economy is raising prices at a disgusting rate, and yet people seem to still like acting like their company is the one specifically targetting them and it's such a silly, weird, nonsensical take.

That'd be like specifically attacking your realtor because real estate prices are high, it's not specifically their fault, it's the market (Both the companies and consumers who allow it). Pointing fingers specifically at Sony (or Microsoft or Nintendo) is just dumb. Over the last couple years it seems every few months one of the three main companies does something stupid and anti-consumer and it's a torrential wave of 'this company in particular sucks' and never 'oh this is a visible trend across the whole market' and it's just bonkers to see how many people don't have pattern-seeking minds.

Even as I agree those plans doesn't make sense, at least to me personally, I can't agree with the overall sentiment, no.

A massive corporation getting comfortable with constant price increases is something to be taken very seriously. Definitely worth of news and echoing between customers.

Sony announced their next State of Play for June 2nd.

There's a lot of lead up to this event. It makes me feel that Sony is ready to "empty the clip" as the PS6 launch looms in the next couple of years. Or perhaps a GTA6 deep dive is coming next week lol.

Seems like the focus of this one if Wolverine.

I do wonder when they'll show more about Intergalactic as it was said the studio was working hard to have a playable build read for a showing this year.

Edit: they confirmed Wolverine is the opening game, so I guess the tradition of ending with a new game or first showing can be kept.

Are we getting to see the new God of War Faye game? That would be insane.
