For me, without going back and listening through everything again, I'd say it's still probably Octopath Traveller II, though having just finished Final Fantasy XVI that comes very close as well. Now that Sea of Stars has been release, the full soundtrack is available and it's awesome!

Yeah, I took a listen to some of it and the score is great. I didn't go through the whole thing because I want to save it for when I play the game.
