By the time 2019 ends Switch (japan) can very well be behind or around the same since 2019 numbers really blow up in the second half with most of the weeks even greater than 2020 or 2021 in october-december. So even if 2019 is behind now it will catch up to this year by the end if not pass it. I expect somewhere between 4 to 4.5M with the way it is selling so far this year.
