Bruh, that's exactly how they get you in the long run.

They know subscription services are a thing and they're trying to see how much they can get away with until ... MAGIC ! You'll be required to actually have of those subscription to play the online portion of the game.

Needing to pay subscription to play I don't think it would happen to gta5 but right now I don't know why people are complaining about this subscription. It's an option and a cheaper way to get some of the in game stuff. The 500k game shark cost $10

It becomes less grindy when you get an sub, and in the future you will be missing out on more if you don't get a sub.

Well yeah this subscription is for people who don't want to grind as much. Just like paying for any of the shark cards. I've never purchased micro transactions, everything I got was from grinding

I'm worried about gta VI.

The money train must roll on. MK8 should also implement something similar.

Years ago when ea play started this bullshit I was just worried publishers will all have one and it would take like 10 subs to play the games you like. I never inmagine individual games would get their own subscription services. The future looks grim for gaming.

It takes genuine talent to see greatness in yourself despite your absence of genuine talent.

Getting sick and tired of game companies who want ongoing access to my wallet.

I like it when all my service providers think it's a good idea to put 'Plus' on everything.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Took this long, but here we are, this is what happens when we let R* get cozy and comfortable and constantly buying into their MT's.

So not only are you paying to play on your console, but also your internet and now to play GTA online...

Guess this means I'm never touching shit from R* ever again. Not sure how publishers in the past 5 years managed to get so fucked up and this scummy, but it ain't getting any better.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

I’m curious how many of the people moaning in this thread actually play gtav? My guess would be none.

I think this may be a good thing for console players. I’ve never spent any of my own money on gta $$$. I played on pc where hackers do money drops. The fact is that if you don’t have money to get a biker gang or bank, you have to grind for chump change. Once you have a bank or a gang, then the grinding pays off way better. So it makes sense for anyone who loves gta online, for them to get a discount and pay for their business.

I think most of us did but basically they make the game grindy on purpose so they can get more $€.
