The Nazi fuck finally shows his face.

Extraordinarily, responding to two video messages posted today by Chechen leaders in which they accused Prigozhin of various sins is no other than Dmitry "Wagner" Utkin, founder and commander of the PMC, who previously extremely rarely appeared in public.

The message, a text note for now, was posted on the large GREY ZONE Telegram channel, which became known since the start of the full-scale invasion for posts criticising negative elements of the Russian army, but the channel admin's identity remained anonymous.

A photo is attached to the post, apparently showing Utkin exiting a helicopter at an unknown landing area, signed with "GREY ZONE" "Wagner".

The note itself lists responses to a number of claims and accusations made by the Chechens loyal to Putin. Utkin reminded his counterparts of knowing each other since the times of the 1st and 2nd Chechen wars and his readiness to “talk”. The mention of two wars in this case is hardly too accidental since during the first war the men were on opposite sides of the front.

But the appearance of Utkin on stage is likely to continue as it serves the purpose of supporting Prigozhin and carving out more influence in the internal conflict between rapidly emerging factions within the Russian public space.

Heavy is from a village in Sumy region that was occupied by Russian troops in the first days of the war. She lost people close to her, but she did not want to talk about the details. She joined the army in September and volunteered for the 3rd Assault Brigade a few weeks ago. She has already been in combat once. Asked why she had volunteered for a combat unit, Heavy said she thought it would be "interesting".

"Assault units are going to be the first ones to liberate our citizens, so I want to be part of it," she explained. As for the counteroffensive, she said: "I can't wait. I am excited."

Heavy said her platoon leader, call sign Darwin, likes to tell her: "Fear is contagious, but so is courage."

Darwin took part in a raid behind Russian lines just over a week ago, to disrupt supply routes in woodland south of Bakhmut. Video footage from a camera mounted on his helmet showed an intense exchange of gunfire among the trees that ended with images of Russians dead in the trenches they had been defending.

Some of the first battalion's new recruits had come straight from training in the UK, but the officers here say that is not enough to prepare them for the fight they are about to face.

"We have a certain experience that can't be taught in the British army training camps," the company senior sergeant, call sign Uncle Fyodor, said. "We train where there is similar landscape, the same treelines and villages."

"The European training is a bit different," Horbatenko said. "They do have experience but it is fighting the Taliban, and that is different from fighting a regular army like the Russians. So our soldiers have to retrain here."

"The Russians are a professional army, and they definitely know how to build defensive lines and dig trenches. They do that perfectly," the battalion commander said. "Their equipment is not modern at all, but there is a huge amount of it and it's quite enough to carry on this war. The only way for us to win is to be more professional and more technically advanced."

An independent and sovereign Moldova, resisting attempts at internal destabilisation, needs our support! That is why I decided to give the Moldovan police a huge transport (2 Hercules and 4 Casas) of weapons, ammunition and equipment from the services subordinate to the Ministry of Interior and Administration

Poland wants to fuck Russia everywhere, love it.

Moldova needs to let Ukraine deal with the Transnistria problem.

Is Transnistria splintered off from Moldova or from Ukraine?

If it's the former, then Moldova would need to deal with it, or at least support Ukraine in reclaiming the area.

Splintered off from Moldova. Ukraine actually told Moldova already that they would deal with Transnistria if they let them, Lol. IIRC There's about 1,000 Russian troops in there, would be quick work for Ukraine as they aren't heavily supplied either.

Issue is I think on Moldova's part is they don't want Russia bombing them next (understandable) so they won't let Ukraine sweep them up because they'd have to support that, also Moldova's military is really not at a level to defend against Russia either, which is where NATO should come in and help them bring up their defences.

It’s a separatist region of Moldova but it borders Ukraine. The place is tiny though - in area Ukraine is about 600,000km2 and Transnistria is 4000km2.

As Ryuu says Russia has about 1000 troops there, but it also has no way of reinforcing the area - and troop transports would have to cross Ukrainian territory and Ukraine would shoot them down. Could in theory go the long way around Ukraine but that would mean crossing Nato territory.

Ukraine likely won’t attack first as it would bog them dog in an area where there has been no prior fighting and divert troops away from the main frontline. Russia might attack first but as a diversion and Ukraine would likely flatten the small number of Tranistrian troops relatively quickly, and Moldova would likely use it as a reason to move in as well and reclaim the territory.
