Forums - Sales - The Road to 160m+ for Nintendo Switch (EDIT: See mod note in first post for new rule).

Nintendo won't be able to sell the Switch in Europe starting next february, so this year will be the last year Nintendo ships NS units to Europe. To  go over 160M what region will have to pick up the slack?

Given how low sales have gotten in the US and Japan, I'd say rest of the world is most important. Especially with it launching in Indonesia in December and potentially in India in early next year.

Exactly!

This is well founded going by the shipment data.

150k in Q1 FY26/27, kinda close to Japan and considerably above europe and with a way smaller drop year over year and quarter over quarter.

You even estimate a sales increase in the row.

So curious to see Q2 results next thursday, will the increase in sales in the row according to vgc translate into a shipment increase in that "teritory"? And of course how much has it collapsed in Japan, will it be under 90k?

And if so,  i wonder which market among latin America, Oceania And east Asia is the driver in This ? The third one perhaps?
