All in all, Gazz was the first to misbehave in that thread, but he was by no means the worst. IMO.

I can live with that analisys.

Gazz, you must understand, and have sympathy for these 360 owners. Obviously they've all had it happen before, and it was a very traumatic time for them, lots of emotions, and 2 weeks possibly having a life. So it's understandable that they'd try to deny that the problem exists, and try to forget those 2 weeks, and sometimes multiple occasions, of emotional heartbreak.

But on a serious note, in my experience 360 "fanboys", dear god I said it, anyways, 360 fanboys tend to be the less intelligent bunch, I'm not saying they are stupid for buying a 360, not at all, but they just don't seem to be the brightest lightbulbs. Their arguments are usually based on opinions, such as "The 360 has better games" and "XBL FTW!", they do not see that in reality the 360 has a larger library, but not necessarily better games, and while XBL may be bigger, and have more content, it costs money. Just two common examples.

Anyways, I better stop before I get jumped on or banned

Nice generalization there eh bud.

All fanboys are the same, the will take a bullet for their console if they have to

Hey, but there's a bright side to the Great Microsoft Meltdown. The richest. most arrogant bunch of monopolists on this planet failed miserably in an attempt to extend their monopoly to a major media market. That says something good about the inherent diversity, creativity, and innovation of the videogame industry.

The saddest thing about Microsoft is that nothing they do really matters to the industry anymore. Thanks to questionable hardware decisions and a lack of build quality, they've become irrelevant to the next five years of console gaming. Maybe in 2012 they can try again, if some South Korean firm doesn't beat them to the punch.

So is nobody going to ban Username2324 and gebx?

It's been dealt with. Don't worry about it.

I can't help but feel that all this 360 hate is really just Microsoft hate and if someone else had made the exact same system everyone would be going lightly on it.

I also think its funny that most the outrage comes from people without a 360, and most people with one are perfectly fine with it. Note I said most, not all.

I still think having an Xbox that broke 2 times but has tons of games I love is better than Having another system that never breaks but doesn't appeal to me with its games.

I've had the RRoD. Twice.
I've waited 2 weeks twice in pain and misery.

You know what?

I love my 360 to pieces. The library is unmatched by any console on the market. If there was any other issue with the 360, I'm sure Sony fanboys would have jumped all over it. Yet they haven't. Would you like a list of the PS3s problems?

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

Shadowblind, my two weeks weren't even painfull, I just cheerfully thought "great, time to catch up on my mac games."

Plus, honestly, if you think about it getting a brand new system for free is sweet.

Allthough to be fair I have a NES that STILL works, over 20 years later, so....

I doubt RRoD will be complaetely over until The Jasper chips arrives alongsid ethe Falcon. Then heat wont be a problem. Thats why I'm waiting till summer to replace my Juiced on 360.

I thought the rrod issu was established already as M$ fault even my 360 friends think M$ $%$# up then.
