Ok, from an objective point of view I seriously don't know how anyone can pick anything other than either Playstation 2 or the SNES. Obviosly people like to pick what made them happy, but objectively I only see two choices. My pick is the PS2, so many godly games.......so godly that some are going to the Wii lol j/k.

Playstation 1

SNES and N64 many memories with them.

SNES, Wii in second place (may be first in a couple of years)

I got a TON of enjoyment out of my SNES, sooo many good games.

I'd say SNES > PS2 > N64 ... all were superb

The PS1. It is what hooked me to gaming.

PS3.

Best games, best hardware, best online community, best console.

Being the most advanced in technology means nothing, because that will be lost in just some years (and if we count the PC, it was lost some years ago)

I'd have to say... probably the Nintendo 64. Very reliable, one of the best controllers ever, great multiplayer fun and has many classics like Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Mario 64, Perfect Dark, Goldeneye, Jet Force Gemini, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Smash Bros, Star Fox 64, Mario Kart 64, Banjo Kazooie, Rogue Squadron, Turok 2, Mario Golf, F Zero X, Pilotwings, etc.

I'd have to say the PS1..
Oddworld, spyro, crash, GT, Castlevania, Duke...to many classics with that system the best memories for me...
