i say batman is better because he does not have superpower but he still will fight some of the biggest baddest fiend out there.Superman sucks because he has all that power but he still goes for the same fugally chick  lois lane and what is Superman without his power a douchbag news-reporter.The hulk pwns all

Batman gets my vote; badass suit, limits that seem at least partly human, has actually had a couple of decent movies based on him and the comic itself is miles and miles ahead of Superman.

Superman sounds better but Batman looks better

I love them both. But I have always liked Batman more. Val Kilmer + Christian Bale = Win. My dad my say otherwise because he use to own all the old school comics from the 50s for both Superman and Batman.
Superman Returns is badass though.
