Left joycon. It's useable but there are moments when it goes bananas and becomes useless

The Joy Cons that came with my Switch did not work at all out of the box, so I had to send them in for a repair/replacement.

Since then I have not noticed any drifting issues. Though I would peg my total playtime since I have had my Switch to somewhere between 100-150 hours.

I have barely used them, so no. I have had it on my pro controller though.

We're on our 3rd set of joycons now in 3 years for my 10 year old step daughter. I get extended warranty on them now to help but at a 100 bucks a pop Canadian it's a pricey system.

Both of my Joy-Cons had drifting issues. My left one was worse than the right. They've both been repaired/replaced since then.

I see what you did there.

What's scary now, is I experience drift with 3rd party (Enhanced A) but only after I use the joy-cons. But still it shouldn't be doing that. I set up a repair service a few weeks ago but I think it's bs that if for some reason other than obvious or joy con related, they still bill you 100 dollars. That's not right. Because this has been happening for a while...and basically if you wait to have it repaired, Nintendo can say it's caused by another issue and bill you. I said that with too many words...

Insert Coin. Press START. You Died. Continue?

I just fixed up a joy con with drift.
I keep a box to send my joy cons for Nintendo to repair for free every 6 months but this time I thought I'd give it a shot myself.

I have joycon drift on the right controller, but I always use my pro controller which I I like quite a bit more. Considering how little I've used my joycons, having drift is pretty ridiculous.

Can't get Joycon drift if I never use my Joycons. Switch never leaves the dock so I use a Pro controller.
