I agree, in this day and age, not having digital sales and the biggest online retailer is a huge miss.

The 80% digital falls under software sales. Sony broke down their revenue through hardware, software, add on content, subscriptions, accessories, etc. They didn't combine digital software and DLC content to get that 80% breakdown. Not sure where you got that from lol.
Edit: Well, they do count digital software with add on content for revenue, but give individual breakdowns of each, so the 65% digital software/ 80% digital split in Q4 is strictly referencing software.

Playstation had a 80% digital split for their last quarter, 65% digital split for FY20, PS5 software in Japan is not as gloomy as weekly charts may indicate. |
80% digital split including all games, also digital only games, that does not mean on average every packaged game individually has a 80% digital split. 80% of all sold games were digital. Also Japan usually has lower digital splits for packaged software than some western countries like the UK.

Also famitsu doesn't track amazon jp sales.. so yeah, even those won't appear. Very undertracked system % wise, adding to the whole supply constrained situation. |
I think they make estimates for Amazon sales, but they are not always accurate, so Amazon isn't completely ignored.

The weekly software chart is still lacking a ton of context when it comes to PS5 software sales. Sure, not every game is selling close to an 80% digital split, but more than half of PS4/PS5 software is sold via PSN, and climbing year after year. The majority of sales for Demon's Souls in Japan being from physical sales would be a major outlier based on the data. Also, any source for the bolded?

and with 80% false digital sales, yet it's not good.

Calling Sony liars is not good either.

Must be the worse estimations ever then, I've seen a couple weeks already with xbox selling around 30 S units or 40 X units.. when it was top 3 on amazon jp during the week, with many reports of people grabbing the system on twitter from yodobashi and bic camera..

80% digital, included digital games only it's not a good metric.

How is it not a good metric? All the major AA/AAA titles, and a variety of indie titles, have digital/physical versions. The best selling titles on the Playstation platform are AAA titles. Or do you think digital only indies represent the majority of sales on the Playstation platform?
