the holidays in east asia start md december and go on for a while, japan actually has the shortest holiday period in mid december to end of january.

Momotaro is going to be this holiday's evergreen with New Horizon and Ring Fit Adventure, Konami's board-game is looking like it will surpass 1 million physical before the end of the year. And it's very likely that it end ups as Konami's best selling game in Japan of all time unless they prematurely release a sequel.

In Japan at least it looks like Momotaro more than anything will be the Switch's de facto "holiday game" in the absence of a big Nintendo release.
Here's hoping between that and the evergreens Switch still manages a strong Christmas season.
