Command & Conquer is my all-time favourite RTS franchise, and the fact that the last proper new game in the series was the horrendous Tiberian Twilight still hurts a bit. From the very first game up to Red Alert 3 the series was consistently very good, and although it's not the highest ranking C&C game on my list due to nostalgia, Red Alert 2 is in my opinion the overall best game in the franchise.

The gameplay remained true to the series' roots, while still making several great updates to keep things fresh. I also love the tongue-in-cheek story and the perfectly hammy acting. This was the game where all the different elements that made C&C great came together perfectly.

Thanks! I was worried because I played Xenoblade originally on New 3DS XL but it'so much better on Switch.
As for the table part, it's exhausting due to formatting, I spent 1 hour editing widths of the cells, going on with post submission and re-editng because the table in the post wasn't formatted well. Now at last I was able to formatting it as I wanted and I'll never touch it again lol

Well, I would also leave out a version, if I don't think this version deserves the spot. So if you think the 3DS-version is inferior (I actually avoided it, as I feared it would tarnish my image of the game as I so much enjoyed it on Wii), then only name Switch. That is OK. It is about the greatest games in this event, not subpar versions of the greatest games.
