Forums - Gaming Discussion - Michel Ancel leaves the gaming industry, Wild and BGE&2 still in development without him

The bright side of this is that I don't have to give myself hopes of a new Rayman game anymore.

Ubisoft might make another one. But will it be quality or run of the mill?

I'm behind the curve here: what were the last games he's released?

Rayman Legends in 2013. He had been developing Wild since 2013 with Wild Sheep Studio, and Beyond Good and Evil 2 with Ubisoft since 2016.

Thanks! That's what I remembered, but I figured I had to have overlooked something...

Completely forgot about WiLD, was excited for that, how can he say it's going super well when it was announced 6 years ago..

There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'
2 Genders: Male and 'Political Agenda'
2 Hairstyles for female characters: Long and 'Political Agenda'
2 Sexualities: Straight and 'Political Agenda'

I'll believe BG2 exist when it releases. game was announced during 360 and ps3 gen then ps4 xbone and still nothing

I had even forgotten about Wild even though I was very interested when it showed up.
