Some people only look for the short time saving.

Are you sure man? i mean, we are both from Brazil and $100 dollars cheaper Ps5 will be translated in over R$700 easy. Considering prices in Brazil, i think only people adept to used games market are going to see a return, and there is also the possibility of next gen, PS6 and Xbox (insert bad name), dropping disc drives... I think going digital is the safest route from now on, and this $100 looks like a good deal.

If PS5 discless is $100 less expensive i will go whit it.

Most of my friends in Brazil, even the ones with money available go for digital games because almost everyone does that trick of sharing accounts. I dont know exactly how it works, it seems you need to have your friend as secondary on your ps4 and your friend having you as primary on his. ANyway, most people do that trick so it's easier to share games with your friends without relying on a physical copy. In that sense a digital version would make sense. But I could be wrong though, the people I know might not be a good representation of brazilian gamer population.

Are we assuming the USD price to be the same as the Euro price? Or can we expect something like $550 USD?

It is a good representation, just check mercadolivre and you'll see a lot of people selling primary or secondary account of one game, so instead of paying 250 (60USD at that time) you could pay 80-100 for secondary and 150 for primary... theoretically that one you shouldn't share, but people share even the irregularly bought games.

Isn't the number usually the same or the USD a little smaller (sure there is the difference of taxes already being in the price of the european product versus you paying after on USA).

Also let's say you have a friend and both want to play Battlefield. You can do it at the same time sharing the account, something that is impossible with physical copies. So yeah, for some countries that only digital version being 100 less expensive makes all sense.

Yes you can, but if you want online then still need 2 PS+. That other option of inviting a friend and formally sharing the game together I never seem put to work.

But yes for brazilian if pirating discless is the same then it certainly will be the most sold over here. Still there are plenty of second hand stores here, so perhaps some will prefer with disc and buy later for cheaper.
