It's not a problem of burden of proof man, it's a question of logic, and you're proving to be not making an effort. Let me prove it to you (or do the math for you...): - DCG mentions that he didn't receive a review copy for Ghost of Tsushima. The burden of proof is rather on you to prove that he was not able to review a game due to not receiving a copy. Even harder, the burden of proof is on you to prove that he's lying about being surprised that he did not get a response. You would also have to answer: - What games would he have tried to review but was blocked? Almost all the recent Sony games seem to be on his list. OR You could just admit the obvious, that Sony is behaving badly. But no, you need me to spend hours answering such an obvious fact because, the truth is this: you can't ever accept that Sony did something wrong, when it's obvious not only in this case, but in many other cases reported these days. So NO, the burden of proof is not on me, but on you, and it's now YOUR turn to do the homework |
I guess you really didn't heard of the terms burden of proof, reasonable doubt and others to an allegation of malicious practice or crimes.
You just put conjectures about a possible bad behavior, sorry to inform you but that wouldn't stick on any respectable court.
