Pikmin 3 has been doing pretty well. It's a franchise that deserves success. It's a really fresh IP, nothing is really like it.

SMT3 hasn't really moved since it's debut.

Was a bit to be expected.

The original sold only 250k in Japan on the PS2. Not too bad, but nothing exceptional either. So there wasn't much more of a market for it than what it sold early on.

What's more, it's an RPG and a remake which are generally very frontloaded in the preorders; and the remake's sales are split between 2 platforms with 2 versions each, which makes movements look much more slow when they happen. It did move, but due to being split between the versions it didn't look like it did.

The same can be said for quite a few Nintendo franchises; not much else out there like Splatoon or LABO either.

Two copies of the game in a single purchase. Monster Hunter is huge on multi-player. Also if the prices are accurate there's about a 500 yen or $5 savings compared to buying 2 individual copies.

Looks like the Switch has pretty low sales this week. Probably holding back some units for next week's big releases.
