As of right now there are no upcoming Switch games I'm looking forward to. Only the Pokemon DLC.

I'd be in the same boat if not for Outer Worlds and Doom Eternal, but only one of those even has a release date, and just two games is not enough.

Frankly I think it's a disgusting way for a company to treat its fans.

You're so dramatic.

The most disgusting thing Nintendo has ever done to its fans was unleashing the Wii U upon us.

I've already played The Outer Worlds on Xbox thanks to Game Pass and Doom Eternal I want to play on my PC.

Exactly, I'm lucky in a way, for others there's literally nothing on the cards right now in terms of concrete releases. They should be pushing their big games for 2020 (beyond March 20th) right now.

It's mostly anxiety over my health leading to frustration. The future is very scary at the moment so I want some concrete positives to look forward to.

And I can think of worse things they've done than the Wii U; 1-2 Switch, Metroid Other M and Federation Force come to mind...

Wii U could have been a success if they handled it better.

Also, the future is not "very scary", lol.  March alone has some great titles coming.

To provide context, when I said the future being "very scary" I was referring to the fact that I have cancer, so I'm worried about whether I will recover.

That said, now that Outer Worlds has been delayed, I can't see a single Switch game with a confirmed release date that I'd consider worth buying at present. So to me, Switch's 2020 is looking almost completely barren right now.

I can't stress enough how important it is that you stay positive. Just focus everyday that you won't go down to this filthy disease, with or without new games to entertain you.

You're right. Sorry. I am trying; at present I'm revisiting some older games that I love but haven't played in many years to keep myself entertained, and it is helping. Hopefully we're just a week or two away from a general Direct that'll shed some light on this year's lineup. :)
