It's suicide to release the Bethesda games also on PS. At least for their consoles. Not only will Sony have more and probably the better exclusives but people will just think that all MS games will come to PS eventually if they see how Bethesda and Mojang games come to it. They really seem to believe that it's unimportant if their consoles will sell like 40m or 80m but it simply isn't. Not for multiplayer players and also not for developers who think about which platform to support.

And Sony won't stop moneyhatting which will give them an even bigger advantage. Are they really that stupid not to see what so many people think about Xbox and how only a great amount of console exclusives can change the mind of them? 

The "Xbox has no exclusives" didn't come from nowhere and it's not enough to change the mind of the average gamer just to release a few more exclusives now.

Just stop commenting on Bethesda if you can’t give a straight answer. Like these are making me nervous when it should be common sense to regulate the games to the Xbox ecosystem.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

I must be the only one that doesn’t care if they go on PlayStation, I still get them on Gamepass day 1 so I’m happy either way lol

Even if ES and fallout becoming exclusives will be fantastic, with day 1 in gamepass and optimiced for xbox devices is good enough for me.

What i really want is Bethesda estudios making new ips for microsoft...and a game with Doom guy vs The Flood.

It does to me. That statement sounds like we will get a gameplay re-reveal in early 2021 ("restart this journey together after the Holidays"), I don't think they'll re-reveal gameplay until a couple of months before release. I wasn't expecting the Infinite re-reveal until E3/summer digital show with a release in September personally, if they are showing gameplay again with the updated graphics in like January, that smells of a March-May release to me personally.

This, Klob said the contemt is there and they're just working on graphics and performance. If it launches on April/May thats a solid 8-9 months of engine work with help from turn 10.

If Bethesda games stay on PS (aside from Elder Scrolls online and Fallout 76), Phil Spencer will never be able to send a Tweet again without getting massive backlash from his community. He will have set back Xbox PR back to 2013. You have fans that stood by for years, only for him to share Bethesda’s best? This deal better close soon, the uncertainty was fun at first, not so much now.

Calm down buddy :) that interview doesn't even suggest they'll bring new games to Playstation.

Personally it makes no difference to me if people can play these games on Playstation or not, but I want Xbox consoles to stay around so exclusivity would make the most sense.

I unfollowed him a long time back because he post so much shit and dumb takes but he isn't really wrong as when the Zenimax deal is complete there will be almost as many teams developing games under that umbrella as the rest of Xbox Game Studios so why would you have half your first party making multiplats and the other half on exclusives. You either go full in on exclusive content or put everything everywhere not half measures at either.
