I'm totally fine with them remaining multiplat. Why I would prefer to have MS buy these publishers over Sony. If Sony were to buy them we wouldn't ever see them on XBox. Now, we get to have these games day one on Game pass.

Which is in itself, massive for Game Pass, we're at 15m and we haven't even had a mainline Halo yet, now add on Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Doom and the numbers will soar, it is just business and software revenue >>>> hardware revenue.

Also, wonder when they'll add all of Bethesda's old catalogue to Game Pass...Game Pass bout to get some major additions over the coming months.

The problem with this is that if MS doesn't sell many consoles, then there will be third party devs simply not supporting Xbox at all. It's nice to push Gamepass especially on PC but you still need many consoles sold or you will end up to get less games as before even with so many own studios.

Also bought Wolfenstein 2 recently but with all the DLCs so I'm not feeling bad about that one.

Doom Eternal on the other hand was €35-ish and since I'm not going to play that until Series X arrives, I'm a bit mad.

Guess I have to stay positive. No need to buy Fallout 5, Elder Scrolls 6, Starfield, Doom sequel, Wolfenstein 3 etc.
