I just finished playing it yesterday. I played it at launch so I really didn't remember the game that well. It was like playing new game honestly. Having those DLC missions interbeded within the missions of the original game helped confuse my memory.
Warning: This game still have major bugs. It will affect the game big time. I ran into a bug where I couldn't progress the storyline, faction wars, and it locked from entering a couple of cities. I did a quick search online and saw many people suffering from it and no sure solution.
Another major bug is me turning into a vampire even though I chose not to. You should be able to return back but I got stuck with being a vampire. Being a vampire will make you atop regenerating stamina during day time and more importantly, it will make you very weak to fire.
My problem was that I was using "quick save" and couldn't go back to a save file before that problem happened. I just had to continue the game with these bugs since I didn't want to replay the first third of the game with all these less than exciting side missions I already finished. My advice is to keep 3-4 different save files to return to incase you faced any game changing bug.
