Flight Sim and Gears tactics need to be launch games for Series X. Will go a long way to boost initial lineup 



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Edit: Oh, and Level-5 still avoids Xbox like the plague. I really wish that Phil Spencer could win over the smaller JP publishers, seems like he concentrates all of his efforts on the big publishers on his frequent trips to Japan. 

I think MS should better think about establishing Japanese branch which will work solely on improving relationships with Japanese publishers because Phil's trips don't seem to make much sense at this point. I think it would be easier if this will be done by local people who understand local culture better than MS execs who are Americans and have completely different culture. The approach should be the same as Nintendo has. They are Japanese company which has a strong American branch which represents them in US.
