I was getting worried they wouldn't do this again......
Hopefully they add Pauline to the Roster!

Maybe they where worried about how the Switch would play out, and when it became clear that the Switch was a success it was too late to make a game in time for the Olympics. To be fair, I suppose I would have done the same in their position.

I am really looking forward to the official game. I hope it is as good as London 2012.

The first game is plainly titled Tokyo 2020 Olympic The Official Video Game and will be releasing worldwide on PS4 and Nintendo Switch in Summer 2019. It’s a realistic Olympic video game which seems to include every single sport and event from the most popular Track&Field events to BMX, Tennis, and Soccer. |
Every event in a realistic sports game? That is highly ambitious. Remember, part of the olympics are soccer, baseball, tennis, golf and boxing, each of which have own dedicated video games which have high development cost. I hope the single events aren't fast produced with low value.
The real news is that the Olympics is being held in Tokyo. This is the first I've heard of it.
Then again, I'm not much into watching OTHER people play sports.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
Oh, man. I thought this series was done, nice to see they still have the olympics license.
