Conviniently the Hot Topic section on the homepage shortens the title after the for, so I came into this thread with a big smile, only to be instantly disappointed by the smartphone platforms.

Anyways, nice that more Octopath traveler is coming. Hopefully this gets a Switch port for a fixed price with micro-transactions removed (something that happens to quite some mobile games, so this hope isn't completely useless).

Though it would be a sequel on Switch, ok then. Enjoy it on smartphone.

I'm sad this is smartphone not Switch, but they confirmed a sequel for consoles, so I'm happy with that. Hopefully we hear something about it soon

Smartphone... guess I skip this one then..too bad I loved Octopath.

I hate seeing console franchises get a mobile only version. Bring the game to console, devs. If it has a physical copy then I will buy it.
