PS4 still has some years left. Surely this year there will be PS4 Pro slim with a price cut

Funny that you ask. He thinks PS5 will do considerably lower than PS4 (because Switch will have a 70M userbase and most gamers and games will prefer it then the new platform) while X720 will die a painfull death.

^ remember this post when the PS4 does +16m this year(2019), and ends up around ~108m sold through.

Your low prediction should be beat this time next year (jan 2020).

So for you it's impossible PS4 will do 110M total LT? And that you think it will end on the low end of your prediction of 100-105?

So you think that on the 18-24m before PS5 releases plus the other 24-48m before it is discountinued it will sell just 8.4M?

And some people don't believe that even now there are thoses who think PS4 won't pass Wii sales.

PS4 will most likely crawl over the Wii's Total's and hit 105M, since the PS5 is just around the corner,Late 2019 or Early 2020.
If the PS5 doesnt happen until Late 2020-Early 2021, expect a price Drop and about 112M+ in sales or so.

Even if the PS5 was announced tomorrow and launches late this year, PS4 would hit 100M+ by the end of the year. They haven't even dropped the price to $249, let alone $199. PS4 sales are not going to drop like a rock. 120M+ is doable.

Spiderman is an absolute beast! 20 Million lifetime is achievable!

PS4 doing PS things. 100 Million sold without a permanent price cut! Has a console ever reached this benchmark with a price this high? I think people are underestimating what a price drop would do for the PS4. Especially in Europe + ROTW.
