no i wouldn't certain months when switch blew my expectations, i gave switch credit and said it blew my expectations out of the water, like saying my jaw hit the floor , and saying i was wrong.

as for bold predictions i have a a lot just to name a few, that i was actually attacked for. ps4 would out sell switch 2 to 1 last November which it did, amazon will not be reliable for switch vs ps4 which proved true, ps4 would out sell switch this year, switch wouldn't win one npd against wii, switch would be flat this year which so far is true, and i have more but i don't want to list all.

Well in that case some people wouldn't have had their avatars changed to quick Rick for ages. Maybe you should do a bet with him as you could do with an avy ;)

Well there is nothing wrong or negative to that 115% number. There is nothing wrong or negative about Switch selling 1'1M. If those comments are directing at people like me for what i posted in this thread, that was not my intention. But i can say 900k sold in november doesn't sound as good as some other things that Nintendo PR tells like selling best Nintendo console of that periodof  time. That's good for Nintendo, but the best Wii november sales which probably held that record sold more than 2M. If it sells "only" 1M there is something disappointing in that.

And besides, the problem are not the numbers, is that PR spininning with half truths, or lies disguised as truths because technically are correct but the intention is to misguide. Like Rockstar with RDR 2 launch and his "best weekend launch ever". That headline crossed the news all over the world and everybody thought it was the best selling game ever, only it was not. With this is the same, telling some truth, disguised as another thing with ambiguous writing. People will read whatever they want, and if something doesn't add up like that 8'2M number, they will say that number is wrong and make excuses. So it creates confusion (from everyone of us) or bad information, and i'm tired of this things all the time everyday in the news. I will critize this always, from Nintendo, from Sony, from Microsft, ....i just hate it. 

What's really going to be disappointing for me is going to be PS4 in fact, with such bundles and prices, with one more week...., if PS4 don't reach 1'5M it will be really disappointing. But is just that, a disappointment, nothing more, nothing less.

Actually, I found you rather pleasant/normal to talk to. So please do not take offense to my statement above. Usually it is obvious who I am talking about specifically. I did notice you have strong sentiment against PR statements that can be vague, but I didn't associate it to this PR alone.
