So it's in the range of unique and innovative games such as Gravity Rush, The Last Guardian, and Splatoon. Well, that's bloody "high".. hopefully only in the sober sense of the word.

Unique and innovative game doesn't mean automatically its good or quality game.

Being unique often means quite the opposite, if you think about it.... those games listed... the ones which were really good, now have Sequels, The last guardian as a conceptual idea was great but in terms of actual gameplay I've seen a lot of people struggle with the AI of the beast where it just decides to do its own thing rather than what is required for a puzzle to function correctly.

As they say....

As for Pokemon Lets Go, that's a fairly awesome score, wasn't expecting it to be that high considering what I had heard about the game (basically any ties to PoGo hurt my interest in it) but while this isn't a day one for me it's a title that I'll keep an eye out for a copy of it if there is any offers or reductions on it down the line, obviously my concerns of the game being linked with the Mobile title are still very true regardless of what reviewers say but at least it seems to be a good game to enjoy from the early reviews coming in about it.

Getting good scores. Not as bad of a game that people have been saying it would be. I believe I said its metacritic would hit 82, its 81, but opencritic is 82, so im like...half right? so far anyways

With all the negativity I thought that the scores would be lower.

Well, if that doesn't prove the pro Nintendo bias of reviewers.

Just realized this game is gonna be my 71st Switch game. Man between PS4/Switch collection, im going to end up needing to use a second shelf. I'll be picking up the Eevee Pokeball bundle. What bundles/version are other people that are buying it getting?

I'm picking up the Pikachu/Pokeball bundle. Looking forward to it, the game seems like a good entry-point back into Pokemon

Good cause the game needs it. Fans aren't really excited for it and this might change the mind of some.
But i still think this will sell well for the holidays.

I don't think there's any doubt but it will sell well for the holidays. It would do that even with a 75.

It certainly doesn't prove anything. But, yes, I had the same thought. Big Nintendo games seem to get treated with kid gloves by reviewers.

Or maybe they just make good games?
