Kingdom Hearts 3. It was the only thing I had to live for before dying anyway.

This is what I came here for.
:)
Damn, OP took my pick.
Super Mario Galaxy.
My runner ups would be Persona 5, Smash Bros. Ultimate (Hasn't come out yet I know, but still), and Skyward Sword.

Persona 3, preferably in an HD remake form if it ever comes out. I would like to die as the MC fades from the world and becomes the great seal...

He said before you die.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
If I knew I was going to die, I would probably play a quick game of Tetris to get it over with. I couldn't possibly enjoy playing any game if I knew I was about to die.
But for the purposes of a question like "if you could only play one more game for the rest of your life", it would probably be some sort of MMO, or a roguelike with lots of replay value. World of Warcraft, FFXIV, or Enter the Gungeon.
